Marriott Explore Rate (MMP / MMF) — Usage Guide & Terms
Applies to both MMP (up to 60% off) and MMF (up to 30% off). The setup, booking, and check-in process is identical — only your booking code differs. MMF carries lower audit risk and fewer restrictions than MMP.
⚠️ Critical Notice — Read Before Booking
The Marriott Explore Rate gives you a significant discount in exchange for strict usage rules and limited recourse. Please read this entire guide before ordering. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.
📖 How It Works
The system is now fully digital — the old paper/PDF authorization form has been retired. Your rate is linked directly to your Marriott Bonvoy account.
1 — Order & Provide Details
- Choose your validity option: 2 / 6 / 12 months
- At checkout, provide your full legal name and Marriott Bonvoy account number
- ⚠️ You must already have an active Bonvoy account (free, takes under 2 minutes at Marriott.com)
2 — Account Linking
- We link the rate directly to your Bonvoy account
- You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s active
- Verify it yourself anytime under My Profile → Verified Special Rates
3 — Book Your Stay
- Go to Marriott.com or the Marriott Bonvoy app
- Enter your destination and dates
- Click the “Special Rates” dropdown
- Select “Corp/Promo Code”
- Enter your code: MMP or MMF
- Complete your booking
4 — Check-In
- Simply show your government-issued photo ID — no form or PDF needed
- The name on your ID must match your Bonvoy account exactly
📋 Mandatory Usage Rules
1. Personal Use Only
- ✅ Must be used by the person linked to the account
- ❌ No booking for others, and no letting others use your access
- ❌ Opening a room without personally staying = immediate termination
2. Cancellation & No-Show
- ✅ Free cancellation within the property’s cancellation window is fine
- ❌ No-shows are strictly prohibited — always cancel if your plans change
- ⚠️ Late cancellations may incur a guaranteed-payment charge (use a valid card, no chargebacks)
3. Payment Responsibility
- 💳 You are fully responsible for paying your own bill — room, tax, incidentals, parking, and any damages — directly to the hotel
- Non-payment, insufficient funds, damage, or policy violations result in permanent termination of access
4. Zero Complaints Policy
- ❌ No complaints to the hotel about your stay or rate
- ❌ No negative public reviews on social media or review platforms
5. Elite Benefits
- 🏨 Final interpretation of benefit eligibility (upgrades, lounge, breakfast) rests with the individual hotel
- ❌ No complaints if a property declines to extend certain elite benefits
6. Guest Conduct
- ✅ Be courteous to staff and guests; care for hotel property; keep noise down
- ❌ No private parties without prior hotel approval; avoid any conflict with the property
🚫 High-Risk Regions
These locations carry the higher risk (elevated audit, employee/kinship verification, reservation rejection).
🔴 Complete Restrictions — DO NOT USE:
- 🇹🇷 Turkey — entire country
- 🇦🇪 Dubai / UAE — entire country
- 🇯🇵 Japan — entire country
- 🇨🇳 China — all properties
- 🇸🇬 Singapore — all properties
- 🇰🇷 South Korea — all properties
- 🇭🇰🇲🇴🇹🇼 Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan — all territories
- 🇹🇭 Bangkok, Thailand — St. Regis, W, and all same-tier luxury properties (employee background checks conducted)
- 🇲🇻 Maldives — all properties (MMP/MMF prohibited; employee verification conducted)
- 🇻🇳 Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — Sheraton Saigon
- 🇪🇸 Barcelona, Spain — all properties, including W Barcelona
🟠 Specific Properties — Mandatory Verification (higher audit risk):
- 🇬🇧 London — Bulgari Hotel London, London Knightsbridge LC
- 🇨🇭 Switzerland — W Verbier
- 🇦🇪 Dubai/UAE (must-check) — Edition Dubai, Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi, Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah Beach
- 🇦🇺 Sydney — Sydney Marriott
General Warning:
- ⚠️ Scrutiny is higher across the Asia-Pacific region in general
- This list covers the most problematic areas but is not exhaustive — treat it as a guide, not a complete list
- Using the rate in restricted regions/properties = high risk of rejection, and we cannot be held responsible
💳 Refund & After-Sales Support

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What’s the difference between MMP and MMF?
MMP = up to 60% off (immediate family / employee-level), stricter audits. MMF = up to 30% off (extended family & friends), wider availability and lower risk. Booking and check-in are identical.
Q: How is this different from the old PDF form?
The paper/PDF form is gone. Access is now linked digitally to your Bonvoy account — at check-in you only show photo ID.
Q: Do I need an existing Marriott Bonvoy account?
Yes. We link access to your account, so you need an active Bonvoy number before ordering.
Q: Can I book multiple rooms?
Maximum 1 room per night. Nights are unlimited during your validity period.
Q: Will I earn Bonvoy points and elite nights?
Yes — both MMP and MMF earn full base points and elite night credits, the same as any paid stay.
Q: Can I book for someone else?
No. The booking must be in your name only, matching the photo ID you present at check-in.

Contact us with your order number and Bonvoy number. We provide after-sales support for any genuine access issue.
