For Existing Reservations:

- Inform them you want to apply your GOH benefit (provide reservation number)

For New Reservations:
Once the GOH Award is added to your account (within 1 day), you’ll see an additional option when booking on Hyatt’s website. During the standard booking process, after selecting your property, the “Guest of Honor” option will appear if your stay is eligible.
