For Existing Reservations:
- Contact Hyatt customer service
- Inform them you want to apply your GOH benefit (provide reservation number)

For New Reservations:
Once the GOH Award is added to your account (within 1 day), you’ll see an additional option when booking on Hyatt’s website. During the standard booking process, after selecting your property, the “Guest of Honor” option will appear if your stay is eligible.

- Processing Time: Within 1 day
- Required Information: Simply provide your Hyatt account number and last name
- Eligibility: Can be applied to both paid and points reservations booked directly with Hyatt
- Restrictions: Cannot be combined with Suite Upgrade Awards or Free Night Certificates
- Stay Duration: Valid for stays up to 7 consecutive nights
