Account Merge

If you have existing account, you can merge the new account with the old account 30 days after the challenge.  your old account will inherit the SNPs and Diamond Status from your new account.

The following account types can’t be merged:

• Pooled accounts
• Accounts that are already mutual accounts
  • Accounts that have already been merged once cannot be merged again.

1. What if I can’t stay 5/10 nights within  Hilton Diamond Challenge?

Your account will remained to be gold during the challenge. However, we can help you complete the challenge by providing qualifying nights at reasonable costs.

2. How long does it take to advance to Gold/Diamond?

Once you place your order, we will register you into the challenge program within 1 day. And it may take several days for approval from Hilton.

If you ordered qualifying nights from us, it may takes several days for us to complete your order, after that, your membership will be advanced to Gold/Diamond.

3. How do I check the progress of my upgrade?

You can check your progress in the following ways:

•Log in to the Hilton website and view your membership level and challenge status.

• Use the Hilton mobile app.
