How It Works — Step by Step
1. Place Your Order: Select your preferred validity and provide your full name and Marriott Bonvoy number at checkout.
2. Order Fulfillment: We will link your account within 1–2 business days and notify you once it’s done. After that, you can check your access under My Profile → Verified Special Rates:

4. Check in: Finally, simply show your photo ID. Since your account carries the rate, you don’t need any additional documentation.
Important Information Before You Order
Refund Policy: No refunds once we activate your account access. Therefore, please confirm your dates and travel plans before purchasing.
Property Availability: Not every hotel offers the MMA rate on every date. In addition, some properties may apply blackout dates during peak season, so please check your target hotels in advance.
Stricter Verification: Marriott audits MMA more closely than any other Explore tier. As a result, you must book in your own name and stay personally, and the front desk may also ask to see your photo ID.
Authorization Renewal: Each MMA authorization links to only one account per calendar year, so you cannot switch it to another person mid-year. For this reason, please contact us before your authorization expires to renew.

2. How is MMA different from MMP and MMF?

You can typically book MMA stays up to around 120 days before arrival. However, each hotel’s own rate controls still apply.
4. Does the MMA Rate earn Bonvoy points and elite night credits?
Eligible stays may earn Marriott Bonvoy points and qualifying elite night credits. However, Marriott Bonvoy program terms and each hotel’s own interpretation determine the final earning and benefit rules.
5. Can I book for someone else?
No. You must book in your own name and stay personally. Also, your name should match the photo ID you present at check-in. In addition, MMA does not cover group bookings, business events, or rooms for other guests.
6. Why is MMA only offered for 6 or 12 months?
Each MMA authorization links to only one account per calendar year, so short-term rotation is not possible. Therefore, if you only need a short trip, our Marriott MMP Rate offers a 2-month option.
